Satish Mehta is the Chief Technology Officer at Chewy, Inc., joining the company in June 2018.
In this role, Satish is responsible for overseeing all infrastructure technologies across the company, leading the technology teams that support Chewy’s rapidly growing ecommerce platforms and developing innovative solutions that enhance the online experience for Chewy customers.
As a seasoned technology executive with nearly 20 years of experience in building best-in-class big data engineering and data sciences platforms, Satish has previously held a range of leadership positions including Vice President of Data & Analytics Solutions at United Healthcare Group, Vice President of Omni-Channel, Sales & Marketing Data at Staples, Inc. and various roles within the Data Platforms and Operations division at Yahoo Inc. Satish has served on the board of directors of Express, Inc. since December 2022.
Satish holds a bachelor’s degree in physics and math from Jawaharlal Nehru University, and a M.B.A. from California Miramar University. Satish recently completed the Chief Technology Officer executive program at the University of Pennsylvania. Satish is an artist at heart who enjoys painting and sketching.
